              Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga

              Ashtanga Vinysasa Yoga is offered as private lessons, semi-private or small groups. In this type of yoga lesson the posture sequencing, breath and alignment principles of Ashtanga Yoga are introduced and explored. A typical class involves sun salutations, standing poses, seated postures and the finishing sequence. Students will be led through the Ashtanga sequence of postures and taught the primary series. These classes are taught in the spirit of improvisation as we explore the practice in new ways.

              All levels welcome. We start where you are.
