Hatha Yoga
Awaken. Energize. Renew. This class approaches dynamic movement by balancing strength and softness in the breath and body, opening our inner awareness in each pose. In Hatha Flow we will diverge from the traditional sequence taught in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes and soften the transition between poses. Hatha Flow classes will focus on alignment and the use of props and modifications, exposing students to an easeful flow of fundamental poses. Hatha Flow is offered as private, semi-private or small group lessons. No prior yoga experience required. All levels welcome.
