              Intro to Yoga

              A simple and gentle introduction to yoga practice. We will cover the fundamentals of breathing and postural alignment to prepare students for a regular yoga practice.

              Introduction to yoga is offered in 4 to 8 week sessions as private lessons, semi-private or small group.
