              Yoga for Hips and Knees

              In this workshop we will explore strength, flexibility and range of motion in the hips and knee. Through a series of yoga poses designed to increase body awareness through the hips (ball in socket joints) and knees (hinge joints), we will focus on improving alignment, exploring the balance between strength, flexibility and stability, learning how to prevent (and work with) injury and creating a strong anchor from which we facilitate deeper stretch and release through our entire bodies.


              Yoga for Shoulders, Neck and Spine

              This workshop expands on concepts learned in Yoga for Hips and Knees. In this workshop we will explore the shoulders, neck and spine through breathing techniques and a series of yoga poses designed to realign your posture, elongate the spine and release emotional and muscular tension. We will also explore strategies to help strengthen and stabilize your spine from deep within your core. This workshop is accessible to people of all ages and levels and will provide benefits to both those new to yoga and advanced practitioners. If you have serious back injuries or health issues, please ask a qualified health professional before enrolling.


              Spring Detox

              This workshop will give a boost after a long winter to help get your spring off to a healthy and energetic start. Cleanse and revitalize with a series of yoga poses designed to relax, refresh and detoxify your body and mind. We will use alignment principles, breathing techniques and movement exercises to anchor and stabilize the entire body as we stretch, twist and bend our way into a sense of renewal and vitality.
